Belarus Minsk No. 5 Thermal Power Plant Reconstruction Project signed an EPC contract with Minsk Energy Co., Ltd. to build a gas-fired steam plant with a total installed capacity of 399.6 megawatts for Belarus. In February 2012, it was contracted by China Overseas Economic Cooperation Corporation In the first-phase renovation project of Minsk No. 5 thermal power plant, the 1×399.6MW gas-steam combined cycle unit passed the 72-hour full-load test operation.
