KG series refer to Nano-gelled Valve Regulated Lead Acid batteries (gel battery). With special Nano-gelled technology, the insider eletrolyte is fixed. The effcient design ensures stronger power and higher capacity density. Leakage-proof design with high capacity density means no layer of liquid and a low self-discharge. For this, battery's ability in deep discharge is greatly promoted. Gel batteries are reliable and of good performance in both cycle use and floating charge use. Batteries of this series have various types based on the capacity, and can meet the diversified need of customers, with wide applications in emergence lighting, telecommunication, security system and medical equiment as the back up power, and in electronic wheel chair, solar power system, boat and navigation equipment for cycle use.

Features

1. High quality super-thin absorbed glass mat (AGM)-a guarance of a gas recombination rate at more than 99%.

2. Its float charging life is 10 years at 20°C on the basis of accelerated tests.

3. If depth of discharge is 30%, cycle service life can reach maximum at about 2600 times.  

4. Its warranty is 2 year for proper use.

5. Battery case is made of fire proofs ABS material-high resistance to vibration.

6. Nano-gelled electrolyte with fumed silica is used to decrease the loss of water. No layer of liquid is also realized by this. Service life of battery of this design is 20 percent longer than that of the common lead acid battery. 

7. Maintenance free as it is valve-regulated sealed. 

8. High power-to-weight ratio –SLA batteries can provide much power in comparison to its weight.

9. Low resistance embedded copper terminal-easy for installation and insure dischargeing safety of large current and no producing heat.

Construction

(1) Positive plate and negative plate

Special polybasic lead-calcium alloy formula to reduce the corrosion of grid, extend service life.

(2)Electrolyte

Use imported Mano-gelled electrolyte with fumed silica, and the density is well distributed. No layer of insider lead acid will happen.

(3)ABS shell

High strength ABS shell will not be damaged under normal collision and overcharge.

(4)Seperator

High quality super-thin absorbed glass mat is used, so the rate of gas recombination is more than 99%.

(5)Copper terminal

 Low resistance copper pole to ensure safe discharge of high current without heat.
