(1) Capacity. Under the specified testing conditions, the battery capacity can meet the standard. Our country's requirements: test the 10h magnification capacity, with a second cycle of not less than 0.95c10, a third cycle of Cl0, and the fourth and fifth cycles reaching the 3h and 1h magnification capacities, respectively.
(2) Maximum discharge current. The maximum discharge current that a battery can withstand under the condition that there is no significant deformation in the appearance of the battery and the conductive components are not melted. The relevant regulations in our country stipulate that after discharging 30110A for 3 minutes, the electrode will not melt and there will be no abnormal appearance.
(3) Endure overcharge voltage. The overcharge capacity that a fully charged battery can withstand. The battery should not exceed the overcharge withstand voltage during operation. After charging under specified conditions, there is no obvious liquid leakage or deformation.
(4) Capacity retention rate. After the battery is fully charged, it is left for dozens of days, and then the percentage is calculated based on the capacity before and after storage. According to our country's regulations, they should be allowed to stay for 90 days, not less than 80%.
(5) Sealing reaction performance. The amount of gas (in milliliters) released per ampere hour after the battery is fully charged under specified testing conditions. The sealing reaction efficiency is not less than 95%.
(6) The action of the safety valve. To prevent abnormal increase in pressure inside the valve controlled battery and damage to the battery compartment, the valve opening pressure is set. In order to prevent external gas from entering the safety valve and affecting the battery cycle life, a valve closing pressure has been established. The opening pressure is 10-49kPa, and the closing pressure is approximately 10kPa.
(7) Explosion proof performance. Under the specified test conditions, when encountering an open flame outside the battery, it will not ignite or detonate inside the battery.
(8) Anti acid mist performance. Under the specified test conditions, the performance of suppressing the release of acid mist generated internally to the outside during the charging process of the battery. The acid mist generated per ampere hour of charging should not exceed 0.025m9
(9) Overcharge resistance performance. All active substances in the battery return to the charging state, which is called full charging. The continuous charging of a battery after it has reached full charge is called overcharging. According to regulations, the battery should have the ability to withstand overcharging after testing.
